What is raw denim and how should I break it in?
Raw denim is fabric that has not been pre-washed or distressed. To break them in, we recommend wearing them daily for 6 months before the first wash to create unique, personalized fade patterns.
How do I choose the right fit?
We offer several signature fits including the Super Guy, Weird Guy, and Easy Guy. Please refer to our detailed size guide on each product page for specific measurements as raw denim does not stretch like synthetic blends.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that hemmed or customized jeans are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our denim worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
How often should I wash my jeans?
To preserve the color and integrity of the denim, wash as infrequently as possible. When necessary, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and hang to dry. Never use a tumble dryer.
Are your fabrics ethically sourced?
We source our premium fabrics primarily from heritage mills in Japan known for their sustainable practices. All our garments are proudly cut and sewn in our own factory in Canada to ensure fair labor standards.
