We want you to be fully satisfied with your Naked & Famous Denim purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that hemmed or customized denim is considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all raw denim tags and branding materials are included and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the quality of the returned denim, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
